The property consists of a hotel section rated 4* and apartments. Please note this when booking, as services may vary depending on the chosen offer and room.
The 4* rated section additionally offers air conditioning in rooms and room service. Please review the room descriptions and services carefully when booking.
The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day. Guests may be accommodated earlier or extend check-out time based on room availability and readiness status. Please always contact Reception to confirm such possibilities for the day.
On-site, we offer guests unguarded parking spaces. Parking is paid and must be booked in advance during stay reservation.

Outdoor parking: 50 PLN / car / hotel day
Underground parking: 90 PLN / car / hotel day
Children up to 3 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents. They receive towels and meals according to the plan purchased by Parents/Guardians. We offer crib rental with bedding for an additional fee. Please note the limited number of cribs and book in advance. Prices for children aged 4–12 and 13–18 are listed in each offer.
Guests can enjoy buffet meals as part of the purchased offer:
- breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30, and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 to 11:00
- dinner from 16:00 to 19:00
Meal times may change.
We also offer an à la carte restaurant and a lobby bar.
In the 4-star section, guests can use room service. The menu and information are available via QR code in each room and through the hotel's app.
Both rooms in the 4* category and suites are cleaned daily. Service includes bed making, bathroom refresh, refilling the coffee set, taking out the trash, and towel replacement only if left on the floor. Bedding is changed every third day.
We warmly welcome pets. Bringing a pet incurs an additional charge according to the current price list. Due to regulations, we cannot accept guests with animals of dangerous breeds, including reptiles, arachnids, or dogs generally considered aggressive.
Due to the mountainous nature of Szklarska Poręba and the location of the property, winter road conditions may be challenging, especially with heavy snowfall and prolonged freezing temperatures. We recommend tire chains, especially for two-wheel-drive vehicles.
Depending on the season, the Aquapark is open from 10:00 to 22:00 or from 9:00 to 21:00. To ensure comfort for all our guests, opening hours are split. The last hour is reserved for adults over 16 years old only.
