Children
The rate for a minor's stay depends on their age, the season, and the property's current occupancy. There are three pricing categories based on age: 0–3 years (free of charge, without additional amenities such as separate bed linen, towels, or a separate sleeping space), 4–12 years, and 13–18 years. We offer the option to rent additional child-friendly room equipment, including a cot, for 35 PLN per night; the cot comes with bedding for the child.
Animals
To ensure the comfort of all guests, the number of rooms available for pet owners is limited; please inform us about your pet at the time of booking. Accommodation is available in selected rooms within the 4-star hotel section and in the apartments (located in a separate building). The "Pet Welcome" package includes a soft sleeping mat and a small surprise. The fee is 80 PLN per night. Failure to notify us in advance will result in a 500 PLN fee. Pets are permitted in the hotel garden and à la carte restaurants but are not allowed in the buffet restaurants, Spa, or Wellness areas. A health record showing up-to-date vaccinations and a leash are required.
