The Family Apartment is a three-room unit of 35 m² located in standalone apartment buildings. These buildings are about 200 meters from the main hotel building (housing reception, restaurant, and wellness area), requiring crossing an outdoor area. Each apartment has a private exit to a balcony or ground-floor terrace. The layout includes two separate lockable bedrooms and a central living room with a kitchenette. This room category offers direct views of the Karkonosze mountain range.

Layout and Sleeping Arrangements

The space is divided into three separate rooms connected by a hallway, allowing simultaneous rest and activity in separate zones for up to 6 people:

First bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two singles (90x200 cm). Nightstands with independent reading lights are beside the bed.
Second bedroom: Contains two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined, a dresser, and spot lamps by each mattress.
Living room: Central area with a sofa bed that folds out to a sleeping surface of 140x200 cm for two more guests.
Dining area: A full-size table with four chairs, located in the living room near the kitchenette.

Kitchenette and Technical Equipment

The apartment is equipped for self-catering and temperature control:

Air Conditioning: Individually controlled A/C and heating with remote for easy temperature adjustment.
Kitchen unit: Kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, under-counter fridge with small freezer, and sink.
Kitchenware: Set of pots, frying pan, dishes (deep plates, flat plates, bowls), cutlery, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses for 4 people, plus a cutting board and a wine opener.
Multimedia and Storage: Flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial TV access, wireless Wi-Fi, wardrobe in the entrance area.

Bathroom and Sanitary Facilities

Private, separate bathroom includes:

Sanitary fixtures: Shower cabin with tray, sink with a cabinet for toiletries, and toilet bowl.
Equipment: Hairdryer, wall mirror.
Textiles and Hygiene: Set of towels (bath, hand, foot) for each registered guest, eco-friendly soap and shower gel dispensers. Bathrobes are not standard in this apartment.
