Studio Plus Apartment | Unrated, in a separate building

The Studio Plus Apartment is a two-room unit of 30 m² located in independent apartment buildings. These are about 200 meters away from the main hotel building (housing reception, restaurant, and wellness area), requiring crossing the outdoor grounds. Each apartment has a private exit to a balcony or ground-floor terrace. The layout fully separates the bedroom from the living room with a door.

Space layout and sleeping arrangements

The interior is divided into two separate rooms, allowing simultaneous rest and activity in distinct zones:

• Enclosed bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two singles (90x200 cm). Nightstands with independent reading lights are by the bed.
• Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed that unfolds to a sleeping area of 140x200 cm for two more guests (adults or children).
• Dining area: Full-size table with four chairs, located in the living room next to the kitchenette.

Kitchenette and technical equipment

The apartment includes facilities for self-catering and temperature control:

• Air conditioning: Individually controlled heating and air conditioning system with a remote to set the temperature.
• Kitchen units: Kitchenette equipped with a two-burner induction hob, under-counter fridge with small freezer, and sink.
• Kitchenware: Set of pots, frying pan, dishes (deep, flat, bowls), cutlery, glasses, mugs, and glasses for 4 people, plus cutting board and wine opener.
• Multimedia and storage: Flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, Wi-Fi, wardrobe in the entrance area.

Bathroom and sanitary facilities

Private, separate bathroom includes:

• Sanitary fixtures: Shower cabin with tray, washbasin with cabinet, and toilet bowl.
• Equipment: Hairdryer, wall mirror.
• Textiles and hygiene: Set of towels (bath, hand, foot) per guest, dispensers with eco soap and shower gel. Bathrobes are not standard in this apartment.
