Residence 4* View Room

Residence 4* View Room is a three-room 4-star standard unit of at least 35 m², designed for up to 6 adults. It offers a direct view of the Karkonosze mountain range. The layout includes two separate lockable bedrooms and a central lounge area.

Room layout and sleeping arrangements

The space is divided into three rooms connected by a hall, ensuring independence for six adults:

• Master Bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm), convertible into two single beds (90x200 cm). The room has bedside tables with reading lamps for each guest.
• Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be permanently joined. The room includes bedside tables with reading lamps for each guest.
• Lounge: Central apartment area furnished with a two-person sofa bed. When unfolded, it provides a sleeping area of 140x200 cm for two adults. There is also a coffee table.

Functional and technical features

The room includes fixed amenities ready for daily use:

Workspace: Desk with built-in power outlet, office chair, and desk lamp.

Storage: Hall closet with hangers, shelves, and an electronic safe.

Technology: Smart TV with satellite channels and mobile device pairing. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the room.

Amenities: Coffee and tea set (electric kettle, cups, daily replenished sachets) and bottled mineral water on arrival.

Private bathroom finished to 4-star standards:

Sanitary fittings: Walk-In shower with rain shower head and thermostatic valve, washbasin with wide cosmetic shelf, and wall-mounted WC.
