Studio Apartment | Unrated, in a separate building
The Studio Apartment is a one-room unit of at least 25 m², located in independent apartment buildings. These are about 200 meters away from the main hotel building (housing reception, restaurant, wellness area), requiring passing through outdoor grounds. Each apartment has a private exit to a balcony or ground floor terrace.
Layout and sleeping areas
The interior combines sleeping, relaxing, and dining functions in one space:
- Main bed: Large King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two single beds (90x200 cm).
- Children's area: A fold-out sofa that opens into a 140x200 cm sleeping surface for two children.
- Dining area: Full-size table with two chairs, located next to the kitchenette.
Kitchenette and technical equipment
The apartment is equipped for self-catering and temperature control:
- Air conditioning: Individually controlled air conditioning and heating system with a remote temperature control.
- Kitchen units: Kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, under-counter fridge with small freezer, and sink.
- Kitchenware: Pots, frying pan, dishes (deep plates, flat plates, bowls), cutlery, glasses, mugs, wine glasses for 4 people, plus cutting board and wine opener.
- Multimedia and storage: Flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, Wi-Fi, wardrobe near the entrance.
Bathroom and sanitary facilities
Private, separate bathroom includes:
- Sanitary fixtures: Shower cabin with tray, sink with cabinet, and toilet bowl.
- Equipment: Hairdryer, wall mirror.
- Textiles and hygiene: Set of towels (bath, hand, foot) per registered guest, dispensers with eco soap and shower gel. Bathrobes are not standard in this apartment.
