Classic Plus Room 4*

The Classic Plus Room 4* is a two-room apartment of 30 m² with a 4-star standard, suitable for up to 4 adults. The layout features a fully separate sleeping area from the living area by full-sized internal doors.

Layout and sleeping places

The interior is divided into two independent rooms, allowing simultaneous rest and activity in separate zones:

• Lockable main bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two single beds (90x200 cm). Nightstands with individual reading lights are by the bed.
• Living room (salon): Equipped with a full-sized sofa bed with a Belgian or Italian folding system. When unfolded, it creates a stable sleeping surface of 140x200 cm for two adults. By day, the sofa serves as a seating area with a coffee table.

Functional and technical equipment

The room space includes fixed equipment ready for daily use:

Workspace: Desk with built-in power outlet, office chair, and desk lamp.

Storage: Wardrobe in the hallway with hangers, shelves, and an electronic safe.

Technology: Smart TV with satellite channels and mobile device pairing. The entire room has fast wireless Wi-Fi.

Amenities: Coffee and tea set (electric kettle, cups, daily replenished sachets) plus bottled mineral water on arrival.

Bathroom and sanitary facilities

Private bathroom finished to 4-star standard:

Sanitary fittings: Walk-In shower cabin with rain shower and thermostatic mixer, sink with wide cosmetic shelf, and wall-mounted WC bowl.

Extras: Hairdryer and LED-lit cosmetic mirror.

Textiles and toiletries: Set of towels (bath, hand, foot) for each guest, dispensers with eco soap and shower gel.
