The Studio Plus View Apartment is a two-room unit of 30 m², located in standalone apartment buildings. These are about 200 meters away from the main hotel building (housing reception, restaurant, and wellness area), requiring crossing outdoor property grounds. Each apartment has a separate exit to a private balcony or ground floor terrace. The layout fully separates the bedroom from the living room by doors. This room category has a direct view of the Karkonosze mountain range.

Space layout and sleeping arrangements

The interior is divided into two separate rooms, allowing simultaneous rest and activity in distinct zones:

Enclosed bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two single beds (90x200 cm). Nightstands with independent reading lights are by the bed.
Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed, which when unfolded provides a sleeping area of 140x200 cm for two more guests (adults or children).
Dining area: Full-size table with four chairs located in the living space near the kitchenette.
