Grand Room 4*

Grand Room 4* is a four-room apartment of 50 m² with a 4-star standard, designed for a maximum stay of 8 adults. It features three separate lockable bedrooms and a shared central lounge.

Room layout and sleeping arrangements

The space is divided into four separate rooms:

• Master Bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two single beds (90x200 cm). The room has bedside tables with reading lamps.
• Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form one large bed, plus bedside tables with reading lamps.
• Third Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined, plus bedside tables with reading lamps.
• Lounge: Central living area with a fold-out double sofa bed. When extended, it creates a sleeping area of 140x200 cm for two people. Also includes a coffee table.

Work and study area: Desk with built-in power outlet, office chair, and desk lamp.

Storage: Hallway wardrobe with hangers, shelves, and an electronic safe.

Technology: Smart TV with satellite channels and mobile device pairing. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the room.

Amenities: Coffee and tea set (cordless kettle, cups, replenished sachets daily) plus welcome bottled mineral water.
