Residence Room 4*

The Residence Room is a three-room 4-star standard room of at least 35 m², designed for up to 6 adults. The layout includes two separate lockable bedrooms and a central lounge area.

Room layout and sleeping arrangements

The space is divided into three separate rooms connected by a shared hallway, ensuring independence for six adults:

• Master bedroom: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can split into two singles (90x200 cm). Includes bedside tables with reading lamps for each guest.
• Second bedroom: Features two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be permanently joined. Includes bedside tables with reading lamps for each guest.
• Lounge: The apartment’s central area with a fold-out double sofa bed. When opened, it offers a sleeping surface of 140x200 cm for two adults. Includes a coffee table.

Functional and technical equipment

The room features fixed equipment ready for daily use:

Work and study area: Desk with built-in power outlet, office chair, and desk lamp.

Storage: Hallway wardrobe with hangers, shelves, and electronic safe.

Technology: Smart TV with satellite channels and mobile device pairing. Wireless high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the room.

Amenities: Coffee and tea set (electric kettle, cups, replenished sachets daily) and bottled mineral water on arrival.

Bathroom and sanitary facilities

Private bathroom finished to 4-star standards:

Sanitary fittings: Walk-in shower with rain showerhead and thermostatic mixer, sink with wide cosmetic shelf, and wall-hung WC.

Extras: Hairdryer and LED-lit cosmetic mirror.

Textiles and cosmetics: Towels set (bath, hand, foot) for each guest, dispensers with eco-friendly soap and shower gel.
