The Family Apartment is a three-room unit of 35 m², located in independent apartment buildings. These facilities are about 200 meters away from the main hotel building (housing the reception, restaurant, and wellness area), requiring walking through the outdoor grounds. Each apartment has a separate exit to a private balcony or ground-floor terrace. The layout features two separate lockable bedrooms and a central living room with a kitchenette.

Space layout and sleeping arrangements

The space is divided into three separate rooms connected by a hallway, allowing simultaneous rest and activity in separate zones for up to 6 people:

Bedroom one: Equipped with a King Size double bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two singles (90x200 cm). Nightstands with independent reading lights are by the bed.
Bedroom two: Featuring two separate single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined, a dresser, and spotlights over each mattress.
Living room (salon): Central area with a sofa bed that unfolds to a 140x200 cm sleeping surface for two more people.
Dining area: Full-size table with four chairs, located in the living room near the kitchenette.

Kitchenette and technical equipment

The apartment is equipped for self-catering and temperature control:

Air conditioning: Individually controlled air conditioning and heating system with a remote to set the temperature.
Kitchen unit: Includes a two-burner induction cooktop, under-counter fridge with small freezer, and sink.
Kitchenware: Set of pots, pan, dishes (deep, flat, bowls), cutlery, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses for 4 people, plus a cutting board and wine opener.
Multimedia and storage: Flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, Wi-Fi, wardrobe in the entry area.

Bathroom and sanitary facilities

Private, separate bathroom includes:

Sanitary fixtures: Shower cabin with tray, sink with toiletries cabinet, and WC bowl.
Equipment: Hairdryer, wall mirror.
Linens and hygiene: Towel set (bath, hand, foot) for each registered guest, dispensers with eco soap and shower gel. Bathrobes are not standard in this apartment.
